The Marketing Database Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of database management and direct mail operations within the Marketing Department at Morongo Casino Resort & Spa. This role ensures the accuracy, integrity, and segmentation of player data used in loyalty marketing campaigns, while supporting detailed analysis of offer-based, event-based, and promotion-based marketing initiatives. The Promotions Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating promotional programs designed to enhance player engagement and drive casino revenue. This role oversees the Morongo Rewards program, ensuring effective implementation and tracking of promotions to attract new guests, retain existing players, and re-engage inactive ones. The Promotions Manager collaborates with various departments to develop marketing strategies, manage player data, and optimize promotional activities while maintaining budgetary and operational efficiency.
Promote the Morongo Rewards by assisting patrons through the membership process and answer questions.
Provides support of special events and promotions for the Marketing Department while promoting Morongo Rewards membership by assisting patrons through the membership process and answering questions.
Greet all guests upon arrival to the resort, ensure doors are opened in cars, guests are assisted out of the car, and welcomed to the property. Valet park cars for guests, and retrieve cars upon request.
Responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of Slot Machines, Video Lottery, Class II bingo and related electronic gaming devices on the casino floor.
Assists the Executive Chef to manage and lead the Good Times Cafe kitchen team in the preparing and cooking of food items.
Greet and seats guest in the entertainment venue ensuring 4-diamond service while complying with maximum capacity safety guidelines.
Supervise the planning and execution of audits to assess effectiveness of controls, accuracy of financial records and efficiency of operations. Responsible for the Revenue Audit Team.
Oversee shift activities including cashier transaction verifications, casino credit, scheduling, compliance with all Internal Controls, Title 31 Compliance.
Assists in running and operating a parking structure and managing team members within the property. Oversee outdoor operations to ensure efficient, four-star/four-diamond service to casino, resort & spa guests. Outdoor operations include shuttle, door & valet departments.
Responsible for operating and maintaining entertainment systems and equipment.
