The Director of Database Marketing is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that leverage player data to drive revenue, enhance guest engagement, and maximize the effectiveness of direct marketing efforts. This leadership role oversees database segmentation, campaign execution, reporting, and analytics to ensure that marketing strategies are both data-driven and guest-centric. The Director collaborates with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to support overall marketing goals, strengthen guest loyalty, and promote long-term casino growth.

In addition to all the dealer requirements, this position is entry level management.

Assistant in implementing and evaluating promotions and revenue tracking progress with the Morongo Rewards player’s card program.

Supervisor for Food and Beverage is responsible for the supervision of restaurant staff, including providing exceptional guest service.

Assists in running and operating a parking structure and managing team members within the property. Oversee outdoor operations to ensure efficient, four-star/four-diamond service to casino, resort & spa guests. Outdoor operations include shuttle, door & valet departments.

Supervise the operation of slot machines and performance of slot floor staff during assigned shift in compliance with Slot Department Policy & Procedures, ensuring 4-Star/4-Diamond guest service is provided to Slot players within assigned area.

Responsible for operating and maintaining entertainment systems and equipment.  

Performs a variety of routine maintenance duties for the Engineering Department. 

The Utilities Manager oversees the planning, execution, and quality control of maintenance operations related to electrical systems and the major utility commodity of natural gas. This role ensures reliable utility infrastructure performance by leading a team of technical personnel, managing service contracts, and executing capital and preventive maintenance projects across the property. The manager ensures all utility operations comply with applicable regulations, safety standards, and operational requirements.
