The Training Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the learning culture at Morongo Casino Resort & Spa. This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing effective training strategies that support the development of team members and align with organizational objectives. Through collaboration with leadership and subject matter experts, the Manager ensures that all training programs promote excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement across the enterprise.
Responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of Slot Machines, Video Lottery, Class II bingo and related electronic gaming devices on the casino floor.
Oversee shift activities including player services cage transaction verifications, casino credit, scheduling, compliance with all Internal Controls, and Title 31 Compliance. Assistant in implementing and evaluating promotions and revenue tracking progress with the Morongo Rewards player’s card program.
Assists in running and operating a parking structure and managing team members within the property. Oversee outdoor operations to ensure efficient, four-star/four-diamond service to casino, resort & spa guests. Outdoor operations include shuttle, door & valet departments.
The Utilities Manager oversees the planning, execution, and quality control of maintenance operations related to electrical systems and the major utility commodity of natural gas. This role ensures reliable utility infrastructure performance by leading a team of technical personnel, managing service contracts, and executing capital and preventive maintenance projects across the property. The manager ensures all utility operations comply with applicable regulations, safety standards, and operational requirements.
