Creates artwork and print design for promotions and special events for the Casinos and Tribal Enterprises. Design/create & develop multimedia (motion graphic) concepts for promotions and special events for Morongo Casino Resort & Spa, Casino Morongo and Tribal Enterprises. Duties include print design, and motion graphics work as required.
The Promotions Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating promotional programs designed to enhance player engagement and drive casino revenue. This role oversees the Morongo Rewards program, ensuring effective implementation and tracking of promotions to attract new guests, retain existing players, and re-engage inactive ones. The Promotions Manager collaborates with various departments to develop marketing strategies, manage player data, and optimize promotional activities while maintaining budgetary and operational efficiency.
Provides support of special events and promotions for the Marketing Department while promoting Morongo Rewards membership by assisting patrons through the membership process and answering questions.
Oversee shift activities including player services cage transaction verifications, casino credit, scheduling, compliance with all Internal Controls, and Title 31 Compliance. Assistant in implementing and evaluating promotions and revenue tracking progress with the Morongo Rewards player’s card program.
Supervise the operation of slot machines and performance of slot floor staff during assigned shift in compliance with Slot Department Policy & Procedures, ensuring 4-Star/4-Diamond guest service is provided to Slot players within assigned area.
