The Financial Planning Analyst supports Morongo Casino Resort & Spa’s financial decision-making through detailed data analysis and business reporting. Under the supervision of the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis, this role is responsible for retrieving, organizing, and analyzing operational and financial data using query tools and Excel. The Analyst delivers actionable insights and collaborates across departments to improve performance and support strategic initiatives.
Assist guests with check cashing, chip redemption, and other methods of supplying cash for gambling needs.
The Casino Host’s main responsibility is to develop and maintain effective working relationships with Morongo Casino, Resort & Spa’s very best players, provide services to them to build player loyalty, and to increase the number of visits and/or amount played by those players. The Payroll Clerk is responsible for supporting the payroll process by accurately maintaining payroll records, processing wage and tax information, and preparing manual checks as needed. This role plays a critical part in ensuring timely and compliant payroll processing for all team members while maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive payroll data.

Assistant in implementing and evaluating promotions and revenue tracking progress with the Morongo Rewards player’s card program.
Supervise the operation of slot machines and performance of slot floor staff during assigned shift in compliance with Slot Department Policy & Procedures, ensuring 4-Star/4-Diamond guest service is provided to Slot players within assigned area.
