Creates artwork and print design for promotions and special events for the Casinos and Tribal Enterprises. Design/create & develop multimedia (motion graphic) concepts for promotions and special events for Morongo Casino Resort & Spa, Casino Morongo and Tribal Enterprises. Duties include print design, and motion graphics work as required. 

Clean Resort hallways and storage rooms in accordance with our policies and 4-Star/4-Diamond standards.  Greet guests and engage in polite and professional conversation appropriate. Assist Room Attendants stocking carts, emptying soiled linens, bagging linen to be sent to cleaning service.

Promote the Morongo Rewards by assisting patrons through the membership process and answer questions.

Greet all guests upon arrival to the resort, ensure doors are opened in cars, guests are assisted out of the car, and welcomed to the property. Valet park cars for guests, and retrieve cars upon request.

Ensures all areas of the kitchen and equipment is deep cleaned and sanitized. Position works primarily in the back of house of the kitchens.

Responsible for taking and delivering food and beverage orders. Provide quality guest service in a prompt, courteous and knowledgeable fashion.

Assists the Executive Chef to manage and lead the Mozen kitchen team in the preparing and cooking of food items.

Supervise Casino Housekeeping functions and staff to ensure upkeep of the Casino and Public Areas.    

Supervise crew to ensure that it provides a safe, comfortable, enjoyable and clean dining environment for guests.  Wash dishes and cleaning where needed in kitchen areas.

Responsible for operating and maintaining entertainment systems and equipment.  

Performs a variety of routine maintenance duties for the Engineering Department.
