Responsible for supervision shift in the absence of the Reservations Supervisor, answering inbound phone calls from guests seeking hotel or group reservations, and assist in the resolution of guest disputes.
Great all guests that team member comes in contact with in a 4-star/4-diamond manner. Escort guests to their accommodations, with luggage, while describing the amenities and services of the Resort. When at a guest room, ensure that the guest knows how to operate all of the features in the room.
Supervise Bell Attendants. Greet all guests that team member comes in contact with in a 4-star/4-diamond manner.
Supervise Front Desk Agents, Bell, and Concierge. Responsible for the daily operation of services for hotel operations ensuring guests are greeted with a 4 Star/Diamond service upon their arrival and offer any assistance.
