Assists the Executive Chef to manage and lead the Mozen kitchen team in the preparing and cooking of food items.

Oversee shift activities including player services cage transaction verifications, casino credit, scheduling, compliance with all Internal Controls, and Title 31 Compliance. Assistant in implementing and evaluating promotions and revenue tracking progress with the Morongo Rewards player’s card program.

Supervise Casino Housekeeping functions and staff to ensure upkeep of the Casino and Public Areas.    

Monitor and supervise the day-to-day operations of Good Times Café, Sunset Bar & Grill at Oasis Pool, and Room Service.

Maintain the day-to-day supervision of the Market Place by supervising and coordinating the activities of food service personnel engaged in the preparation and serving of meals.

Supervisor for Food and Beverage is responsible for the supervision of restaurant staff, including providing exceptional guest service.

Supervise the operation of slot machines and performance of slot floor staff during assigned shift in compliance with Slot Department Policy & Procedures, ensuring 4-Star/4-Diamond guest service is provided to Slot players within assigned area.

Responsible for operating and maintaining entertainment systems and equipment.  

Performs a variety of routine maintenance duties for the Engineering Department.
