The Promotions Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating promotional programs designed to enhance player engagement and drive casino revenue. This role oversees the Morongo Rewards program, ensuring effective implementation and tracking of promotions to attract new guests, retain existing players, and re-engage inactive ones. The Promotions Manager collaborates with various departments to develop marketing strategies, manage player data, and optimize promotional activities while maintaining budgetary and operational efficiency.

Great all guests upon their arrival at the Hotel Front Desk, efficiently check them in to the hotel and offer any assistance possible. Responsible for answering the telephone for both in-house as well as out-of-house calls and efficiently directing them to the proper location.
